Design International, Global Architecture Practice
London, UK; 2009 (still in use today)

Design International (DI) is an award winning global architecture firm, with its main office in London and subsidiary offices in Milan, Shanghai and Jakarta. Specialising in mixed-use, retail and hospitality developments, the firm has worked on large-scale projects in every corner of the globe.

Rupert Jaeger joined Design International in September 2008, in a role that originally entailed communications as well as graphic design responsibilities. One of his early achievements was the development of a new company website in 2009.

The new concept for the website was a complete departure from the existing site, and as such was to reflect a change of philosophy, vision and personalities, which Design International was undergoing at the time.

Rupert was leading and coordinating all aspects of the development of this new site, which was done in four phases:

Pre-development research and analysis; concept development & content structuring; site architecture & UI development; and technical implementation.

Centerfalls, Designer Outlet Resort
Beirut, Lebanon; November 2013

Centerfalls is a Designer Outlet Resort currently under development in Metn, an upmarket area of Beirut, Lebanon. The project will be the first of its kind, offering a unique combination of luxury designer brands at outlet prices, as well as upmarket leisure and entertainment facilities.

In late 2013, Rupert Jaeger was leading a B2B marketing campaign to help generate leasing contracts for future tenants of Centerfalls. In this context, a website for Centerfalls was developed as an important tool to support the campaign.

Rupert's responsibilities in the development of this website were to translate the concept of the Centerfalls project brochure into a website structure; the copywriting of all text; and the selection of images and other relevant content.

The site architecture and design was implemented by Ogilvy & Mather Lebanon, who acted as local branding and PR consultant. Rupert coordinated and supervised the implementation, ensuring accuracy of the architectural concept, brand identity and the appropriate representation of the three stakeholders of this project: Design International (Architecture, Branding & Design), SIDcom (Property Development) and DI Leasing (Luxury Leasing).

DI Leasing, Luxury Retail Leasing Consultancy
London, UK; 2011

DI Leasing is an internationally renowned consulting company, specialising in luxury retail leasing, property and shopping centre management. The company was founded in 2010, as a sister company of award winning architecture firm Design International (DI).

After developing a brand and logo for DI Leasing in 2010, Rupert Jaeger was given the task to develop a website in line with this brand in early 2011. The overall objective was to develop a simple site in a highly cost effective manner, with minimal, yet visually pleasing design, and a straightforward site structure that would allow users to quickly gain information on this newly founded company.

Rupert was responsible for all aspects of this small website development, from concept creation over content structuring, site architecture and UI design, to implementation using Adobe Dreamweaver.

In late 2014, the site was transformed to wordpress format in order to allow for easier content update, while keeping the original site architecture intact.
